Over 300 post-it notes were stuck on the wall sheets at the Open Day, some with more than one comment on them, and all comments have now been collated.
What’s the point of all this collating? It’s so that a vision for the Town will emerge, as a basis for the Neighbourhood Plan.
Clearly, such a vision is not going to be based on the views of 150 people leaving avg. 2 comments each….! More consultation needs to be done among specific interest groups before we get to the VISION stage.
We know which groups they are, from the colourful attendance graph – that looked good enough to be turned into a tea towel and sold as a memento of the event- joking, perhaps…
It’s not a quick process – but it’s been a good start!
