The neighbourhood plan completed its pre-submission consultation on 6 September 2016 and Wivenhoe Town Council submitted it to the local planning authority shortly after that date, with the request that an examiner should be appointed. We’re now waiting for formal feedback about progress from Colchester Borough Council.
