We have been advised by CBC as follows:
The Adoption of the Wivenhoe Neighbourhood Plan is going to Council at its Annual meeting today (Wednesday 22 May) as part of the supplementary agenda.
This is an additional item that has been added to the agenda of the Annual Meeting.
Following on from the referendum, the Council is required to make the Plan within eight weeks, which requires approval by full Council. As the next meeting of Full Council is 18 July, the Annual Meeting is the only Council meeting within this timeframe. A report requesting that Council approve the Plan has been added to the agenda.
