An experienced Neighbourhood Plan consultant works on writing up the plan ready for submission. He has been commissioned to ensure that the language used is appropriate and the plan recommendations are clear and as intended, not open to dismissal by developers wishing to override the wishes of residents. He will draw entirely on the work of the various NP groups, and views of residents. All ongoing consultation is feeding in to this process and there will be a chance for full consultation on the draft plan before it goes to official consultation.
