Development of proposals

Working groups were formed based on the 8 themes of the WNP:

1. Residential Development and Land Use

2. Traffic and Transport

3. Economic Development and Business

4. Community Facilities

5. Infrastructure, Energy and Recycling

6. University

7. Countryside and Environment

8. Heritage and Townscape

And worked to develop the responses from the surveys, along with other information into a series of proposals and plans for further consultation.
